Zesty to Sweet

Give your taste buds a roll-coaster ride with one of our favorite sweet and sour sauces. Super easy, yet memorable and unique. Eating these wings will bring about thoughts of spring and warm weather and the need to enjoy the outdoors. This is probably due to the strong lime flavor lingering on your tongue.

We Strongly recommend ditching the beer for this one and preparing a Moscow Mule to wash down these delicious chicken wings.

  • Add Franks Redhot, Lime Juice, Maple Syrup, Black pepper. Mix well.
  • Adjust heat to medium/low. Let simmer till it’s reduced in half (about 10 to 15 minutes)

  • Place cooked wings in a bowl, pour in the sauce, toss well and serve on a plate

Notes

Quality Maple Syrup really makes this recipe. If you’re someone who loves a little extra heat, add Cayenne pepper to tasty.
Grill wings are great, but for this recipie backed or fried are a better choice. Simply because the grilled blackened flavor over powers the sauce.
