Ingredients

  • 4 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Fresh, chopped

Instructions

  • Place oven rack to middle position. Preheat oven to 240 degrees. Prep wings if needed by cutting into flats and drums. Pat dry each wing with a paper towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
  • In a large bowl, combined wings, backing powder, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well to ensure wings are covered evenly. Place each wings on a baking rack and bake at 240 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, increase heat to 400 degrees and place timer for 25 minutes. Mean while, in a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine butter, garlic, and cook until butter is fully melted and garlic is fragrant. Turn heat down to low.
  • Once timer is up, take out wings, combine in large bowl. Pour butter and garlic sauce over wings and mix well. Place wings back on wire rack. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top, place back into the oven for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Take back out, flip each wing, sprinkle more Parmesan cheese, place back in oven for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Take wings out of the oven, while on wire rack, again, sprinkle more Parmesan cheese to taste. Sprinkle parsley, sever on a platter!
